Today's summary: So much going on... A.I.

I *still* have goldfishes to finish for the Denver commission. Thankfully they're so flexible. Life has really been catching up with me lately...

At least I got to relax a little this weekend. Watched movies at Josh's, and went out to see A.I. twice. I was extremely disappointed the first time around, but I decided to go the second time anyway when my parents went. I don't want to get into a big discussion of what I didn't like about it, just because it's so new and I don't want to spoil anything... I will say, though, that it had several major strong points. Great acting, great atmosphere and mood... great special effects without being unnecessarily sparkly or overwhelming. Just... a really bad story, I think Spielberg missed his own point (and definitely missed Kubrick's). Oh well.

I would write more, but... busy busy busy!
