This is a dichroic glass pendant with 14 karat gold filled wire. The glass has smooth fire-polished edges, and measures 1-1/4 by 3/8 inches (3.3cm by 8mm). See the larger photo, although as with most glasswork, photos don't really do it justice...

I masked the pattern by hand, then etched using strong acid, resulting in turquoise-and-clear. Against dark colors, the turquoise stands out with an opalescent sparkle. Against white, it looks like a transparent sheen of light glittery blue.

I made the loop of wire purposely long, both for style, and so there's room to slip almost any chain through. The chain shown is not included. I can point you to some online sources for chains, if you need one, or I can order one for you from my jewelry supply wholesaler. Just let me know.

Shipping is $3, and that covers insurance as well. If you live outside of North America, shipping may cost extra. I'll let you know if it does.
