The last two entries were for odds and ends I didn't want to lose...
other than those, I haven't been very active online lately (as you can
see from the journal index).
Art, art, art
I've had a lot of my life on the backburner while I worked on many constructive
changes. Artwise, I've occasionally had a few eBay listings, which went very well! I plan to get going with those again
soon... and yes, I do plan to post in my journal much more often.
Relationships
My divorce was finalized months ago -- hard to believe it's been a year
and a half since I left! But, it also feels like it's been a long time,
since I've done so much to improve my situation and emotional outlook.
So, on a much more positive note, I am now officially dating my friend
flyingcar, and things are great. We're taking it slow and easy, and I feel
I have avoided all the expected rebound-related concerns. I'm still a
little shy to discuss it here in my journal, but I'm so happy, I'm sure
I'll get over that shyness quickly. ;)
Now that we've shut down my old MUX game and I'm not online as much anymore,
it's becoming painfully obvious that I don't have that many local friends.
Josh is heading to New York to be an artist-in-residence (congratulations
Josh!). So suddenly, I'm seeing my local circle as my brother Stefan,
flyingcar, and... and nobody. Gah! At least I get along really well with my
coworkers.
