This was published October 11th in the computer section of
The Melbourne Age
newspaper. Very cool, especially since there's a picture.
I'm happy, thank you, Jenny! (that would be Jenny-article-writer,
not Jenny-myself...)
To give you some background, she writes a regular feature
about web journals, and on this particular day she was writing
about artists. Contacted me via email a while back about using
a picture from my journal, so of course I agreed... IF she
would send me a copy in return. Here's the end result, scanned
in, rearranged, and fancy-color-ish for your reading pleasure.
I shelled out $10 AU so I could see the back-issue on their
website, but it turned out to be just straight text, no
digital pictures or header or anything... not worth saving
or screencapping, in other words. So, this scanned article
is all I have besides the hardcopy.
I need to add this scan to my growing but as-yet-unavailable
"press section" where I show articles and websites featuring
my work.
I also still need to make a bug out of the
bone I mentioned in that quote.
